Flowers for Mom's

We are planting flowers for our Mommies for Mother's Day. After we put the seeds in them and we watered the seeds, Heavenly wants to know where her flower is. She thought she did something wrong, because there was no flower. Anyways I thought it would be a good gift for them to grow and make. When it gets closer to Mother's Day we will decorate the cups with some construction paper, paint, sticker and etc, whatever they want to make it pretty for their Mommies. This project was supposed to be an outside thing, but with the weather we did it in my garage. If we wait to much longer they might not have flowers, if they even have flowers now. Kayden and Kirsten getting some soil for their cups, yes I made them get their hands dirty. I had a cup for them to scoop the soil, but Kirsten just preferred to use her hand. I bet some of you are wondering how I keep all these kiddos from driving me crazy and each other crazy. We do crafts like the one with the planting the flowers, but the kids also love to dance and sing. I got a video of them dancing and I am sorry, but it appears I was singing in it. I am also sad to say I am not a good singer, only the kiddos like because I do sometimes dance and sing with them, which the enjoy. I hope all of you can see the video, let me know if it won't play for you.

egg hunt at the zoo

We took the kiddos to the zoo this morning for some Easter egg hunts. We rode the train, got our faces painted, petted some animals, and just had some fun. Here our some of the pictures from today.

Cameron just had to have the very back seat, and his Dad just had to sit with him.

Cameron wanted to get his face painted, but got a snake instead, which he thought was the coolest thing. Kirsten got her face painted like a bunny, and Kacy got a little egg painted on her hand. I don't know if you can see her egg very good, but it is there.

This girl was doing a puppet with a little kitten, and Kacy jumps out of the stroller to go and see her or the kitten I should say. After talking to and petting the kitten, Kacy decides she is just going to take that kitten home with her. She just grabs the kitten and turns to walk away. I thought it was the cutest thing.

first sleep over

Photobucket
Well Kirsten had her first sleep over and shocking news... it was Kaitlyn. We went and saw a movie together and another shocker the girls did not have enough of each other. They wanted to have more time and wanted to go home with each other. As you can tell Kirsten is completely worn out, but she is still trying to stay strong.

Kacy is getting better

I took this picture a couple of weeks ago, but anyways. This is Kacy sitting on the top bunk bed. She just laughs and giggles when she gets up there. She has the biggest smile. In the picture she is saying cheese for the camera. I think Kirsten helped Kacy climb the latter the first time, but Kacy does it by herself now. Kacy sometimes gets stuck in between the steps, don't ask me how. Her bottom end is on the bed and her head is hanging off.

Spring is a coming

If I could not tell by the nice weather we had today. I can tell by my tree. I was checking the mail and notice my trees in my front yard getting buds. It is the kind of tree that turns white before it gets it leaves, very pretty.

First trip to the Zoo in 2008

We had one long Saturday, Kirsten had a game at 10:00 this morning. Which I was told she actually played the entire game, and did a great job. Kirsten usually plays basketball from the benches. As she drinks the bottle water Nana brings for all the players who get so thirsty running up and down the court. Kacy and I did not get to go, Kacy woke up at 9:30 just in time for breakfast then out to the game. Well, Kacy took her diaper off last night and woke up smelling unpleasant. So, we stayed behind and took a bath and ate breakfast. Then all of us went to eat lunch at Ci'ci's pizza. We then took Josh home, works 3rd shift, but the kids and I caught up with the McCausland family at the Zoo. The kids had a blast and at around seven o'clock at night I was having a blast when the kiddos past out. After the Zoo trip we all went out to have some dinner.

I just think this picture is soooo cute. I love how all three of my kids just love, love, love animals from such a young age.

Just to let you know the polar bear being a panda bear, was because when the kids and I got to the zoo. I told Christi that we where heading to the panda bear.
