stitches
Kirsten fell off the trampoline today. She was trying to push the step ladder over and instead fell on top of it. We took her to the ER and got 5 stitches. She is brave, didn't cry at all, hardly. She only cried when the doctor wouldn't show her the needle. I told him she will do better if he would show her the needles. Kirsten did better after she saw the needles, she laid completely still and stopped crying.

Kirsten's 1st field trip
Kirsten went on her first field trip of the new school year. It was to the pumpkin patch. It was freezing cold that day. I thought it would be better to post late then never.

me and my baby girl, who is fixing to turn 5, on the hay ride
we ended the trip by getting to get a pumpkin
This is her class picture while they were there

Halloween pics....late
I love enjoying my kids, and Kirsten was the only one really into taking pictures for me. Kacy was in a real need of a nap time. The only picture I have of her smiling was really blurred and I posted it anyways. Kirsten like last year was running up to every house and then quickly moving on. She knew what every extra house meant she was getting was more candy and she would not go to a house twice. Kacy lagged behind, lucky for me I made Josh go with us and I just let them walk the short pace of Kacy's legs. Cameron was ready to go back to Nana's house after the 5th or so house, but he still tried to keep up with Kirsten. We saw their cousins, uncles, grandparents and church family. All in all we had a great night.
If you are wondering why are you wearing your daughters crown... well I will tell you....Kirsten's crown kept slipping off her head as she was running from house to house. So, she asked me to hold her crown. I told her I didn't want to carry her crown. Kirsten told me I could be a princess for now and wear her crown.
