program and 2 months

Kirsten had her Christmas program at school. She did a great job singing and looked very cute while doing it. The one picture I took of her when she was singing.

Her friend N. she made at Sonshine preschool. They were very shocked when they ended up going to kdg in the same school.

Carter woke up during Kirsten's singing, It is a little late but some update on him being two months old. When he went to the Dr. at two months he was 9lbs 6oz and now he is up to 10 pounds. He started rolling over from tummy to back. He loves to smile and talk. He does sometimes sleep all night long, very nice for me. He likes to hang out on his worm, thanks Heather for giving it to us.

Santa Claus

We took the kids to go and see Santa Claus. Kirsten was very shy and didn't tell Santa anything. Kacy was super excited, very big smiles and told Santa a list of things of what she wanted for Christmas. Carter wanted to eat his clothes and sleep, the boy just ate too. Cameron went along for his sisters, but wouldn't get in the picture.

a little late

I thought I would post some pictures of my kiddos on Halloween. This year we had a ninja, a butterfly, a witch, and a newborn. The parents of the newborn couldn't decide on a custom for him.

Carter

Carter was born on October 1st, weighing in at 6lbs 15oz and was 20in long. He spent 12 days in the NICU and is at home with his family finally and doing very well. He was born way to fast and had fluid on his lungs because of it, which was the original reason he was sent to the NICU. The people in the NICU gave him some oxygen for maybe a day and some antibiotics through an IV for a couple of days. He spent most of his time in the NICU because he couldn't eat fast enough, which is due to mom being gest diabetic. A requirement to leave the NICU is the baby has to eat atleast 50ml in 20 minutes. Babies born to mothers who had gest diabetes eat slower than normal babies.

the right foot has his oxygen reader on it and the left foot has his IV in it, you can't really see the IV the nurses had it covered so the other foot doesn't kick at it and pull the IV out.

Carter's Home

Here are some pictures of Carter's current home, I am 35 weeks along with Carter. I am due on Oct. 18Th, but Dr. is ok with him coming Oct. 1st. Really started liking my Dr. a lot after she agreed to go ahead and induce on October first. The one good thing that comes from being gestational diabetic is, you don't have to wait until after your due date to get induced.

some pictures of Kirsten cheering, I love my daughter's face while she is cheering. Atleast you can hear her and she does the motions, and I think she did a great job out there today.

Summer Musical

This year all 3 kiddos did the summer musical. Kacy was in the preschool musical and Kirsten and Cameron were in the big kid musical together. All three kids looked and did great. This will be Cameron's last year to do the summer musical at our church. Here they are at my parents house after the musical.

First Day of School

Here are all three of my kiddos on their first day of school. Kacy was super excited about her first day of school, didn't cry like last year. Kacy walked in put her bag up and started getting ready for her first day of school. I had to tell her to come back and give me a kiss goodbye. I just dropped Kirsten and Cam at their school, where Josh walked them or Kirsten in. Cameron didn't want us to walk him into school, we were lucky to get pictures of him. He wanted to ride his normal transfer bus to school, but this is my last year to take any pics of him. He is growing up so fast, sniff sniff. Josh said Kirsten kept wanting to walk out of the classroom with him. Kir was super excited and wanting to take pictures until he said goodbye. Then Bear got all sad and wanted to leave with her Daddy.

VBS

DSC_0064

This year Josh took off work and helped me with VBS and it has been really nice having him there and helping me. We also took our niece and nephew with us. They have been having lots of fun and I have been love watching them dance and sing about Jesus love for them. I have the pleasure of having Kirsten and Kayden in my class this year, those two girls are glued at the hip.

I also had to post a picture of Carter's growing home. I am 27 weeks in the photo and I have gained a total of 7 lbs, much less then with my other 3 kiddos. It has been getting really hard to stay away from sugar and carbs, but the things we do for our babies. I go back to the Doctor in two weeks, where I will get to be on the monitor and get an ultrasound. That was when the doctors first notice I was contracting in a regular pattern with Kacy is when they put me on the monitor for the first time. So, please lots of prayers I am not contracting. I don't want to go on bed rest again.

zoo trip with the kiddos

We were suppose to take the Y kids to Safari Joe's Rockcreek Stables up in Adair, but because of the rain it got cancelled. Safari Joe's said it was bad up there and they would bring the Y kids some animals to look at. I decided to take my kiddos to the zoo. I didn't want to take my camera on the bus on a 1 1/2hr trip, so these pictures are taken with my cell phone. I was to lazy to go back home and get the nice camera before we headed to Tulsa.

I also wanted to post a picture of the growing home for Carter.
