teacher for the day

Well, today in church Josh was the kiddos teacher. He lead the songs and he even read them the bible story. I have the picture to prove he read the bible story to the kiddos. Which in case you did not know, this is the first for Josh to lead the class. The only problem he had was when he would ask one of the kids what song they wanted to sing. Josh could not understand what they were saying, me and Christi had to help him out.

I would like to thank my loving husband and Christi for helping me every Sunday with the 2 year olds. I love teaching the class, but nothing would get done without their help.

She's official

Kacy is officially two now and is old enough for her mommies class. She has been in there all summer.

Photobucket
On Kacy's birthday, she had to get blood drawn. She sat there no cries, no tears, just mean looks at the nurses getting the blood.

Kacy's favorite toy, Kacy's baby that the face moves, talks, cries and breaths.

Baby pictures from Kacy the day we took her home from the hospital. Look at all that hair, her hair is no longer that thick.

Roscoe Junior

Well, Roscoe is what Kacy kept calling her puppy, and that was her respond to the puppy's name. So, R.J. is the puppy's name. He is full blood beagle and I have to mail in some forms to get his papers. Which my mom brought her and my dad home a beagle as well.

This is Kacy with her puppy in the car before we drove off.

We put Cameron in charge of the puppies for the drive. We got the puppies in Nowata. My mom kept making "no...wata" jokes all the way there. I have never been to Nowata before. So, I would ask my mom are we almost to Nowata. Moms reply: when you run out of water you will be in Nowata.

Bubba, my parents dog, getting introduced to the new puppy. Every time Bubba was around one of the puppies he would walk really slow.

Bubba was kind enough to share his toys with the puppies. This is Kacy's puppy dragging the toy around.

Present for Kacy

Well,my mom called me this morning to say she wanted Kacy tonight. My parents want her to pick out her birthday present. My mom wants to get her a furry birthday present. I am not all that fond of rodents in balls running around my house. So, please for my sake if it is a furry present, let it be a puppy. Josh doesn't care if the kids have a hamster or cat for pets. So, she might come home with one for a pet. Kacy loves animals and has been missing her dog, Roscoe. I told my mom about it and she said a furry animal would be a good present for Kacy.

Back 2 School

Cameron's first day back to school. He said his day went great and he liked his new teacher. He did not want any pictures taken of him. When do you suppose they grow out of the first day picture stage. I think Cameron has hit that stage. He wanted me to put the camera away and just go to class alone.

Kirsten was very sadden that she was not going to school. When we got their backpacks and new Hannah purse for Kirsten, Kirsten put all of her stuff in her closet and kept telling everybody it was for school. If you know how this girl is with purses, we were shocked. The we part was my mom and me. Anyways, this morning Kirsten was telling her Dad to get her Ariel backpack and Hannah purse down that it was time for her to go to school. Yes, she still remembers the particular stuff she got for school. We got it at the beginning of the month.

Family Pictures

Well, I tried to take some family pictures myself using the tripod. We have not had any family pictures done for a couple of years, except for the picture the church just did. All I can say is I tried. Hopefully, this year or next I can start taking my photography classes. Actually definitely next year because Kacy will be at Sonshine and Kirsten will be pre-k. This Christmas I will also get my photo shop. If any one knows which kinds I should look at or not look at, that would be great. The rest of my pictures are on my flickr. I have a link in my sidebar. Please feel free to give me some tips or advice.

Sleeping

Well, Kacy was being quiet and it turns out that she passed out on her bubba's bed. I thought it was really cute. Here lately it seems as though she gets herself up on his bed or Kirsten's top bunk and falls asleep. I think it's because she can't get down.

Photobucket
Someone has taken interest in my pictures and asked if I would do her kids pictures. So, even though I do not yet have a lot of pictures coming or going, I thought I would make myself a site. I also did it because I was bored and had nothing better to do or should I say wanted to do. When I got better and more comfortable with my camera and editing, I did wanted to start taking people's pictures. Well, anyways click here to see it. Please tell me what you think. Oh, about the person wanting me to take her the pictures, I did say I would do it. I was supposed to do it this past Saturday, but it was a little cloudy.

Stryder

This is my attempt in trying to make the eyes sparkle or pop out. How ever you want to call it. Please keep in mind I did this on Monday and it is not all that sunny outside.

Tagged

Well, I wanted to play. So, I asked Cameron and thought I would see what the girls would say. So, I have all three of my kids answers. When I told Kacy I wanted to talk to her, she goes and gets her Ariel chair. She sits in front of me and starts coloring on this paper she had. When I would ask her a question she look up and say "what" and then answer the question and back to coloring. Oh, for those who do not know Cameron is nine, Kirsten is three and Kacy is one.

What does Mommy always say to you?
CAMERON: be good
KIRSTEN: I can't see you
KACY: get in the car.

What makes Mommy happy?
CAMERON: when I do something good
KIRSTEN: when Kacy's happy, Daddy's happy, and Bubba's happy
KACY: the sky

What makes Mommy sad?
CAMERON: When we are bad and don't clean the house
KIRSTEN: when Kacy's sad, Daddy's sad, and Bubba's sad
KACY: (Kacy just cried and started throwing a fit. She just fell off the Ariel chair)

How does Mommy make you laugh?
CAMERON: when you tickle me
KIRSTEN: no bubba no (I guess when Cameron gets in trouble, which she does laugh when Cameron is getting in trouble.)
KACY: none (so I ask the question again) none

How old is mommy?
CAMERON: 21, I don't know
KIRSTEN: one
KACY: this one

How tall is Mommy?
CAMERON: I don't know, you know
KIRSTEN: your eyes are just blue
KACY: face

What doesn't Mommy like to do?
CAMERON: clean house
KIRSTEN: not going to Nana's house
KACY: spiders

What is Mommy's job?
CAMERON: to be a stay at home mom and make sure we do good things.
KIRSTEN: flap like a duck (Kirsten starts flapping like a duck and quacking)
KACY: (she shrugs her shoulders)

How do you know Mommy loves you?
CAMERON: because I am your son
KIRSTEN: mommy just loves me and Shaun loves me too (friend's son)
KACY: loves you (pause, and confused look on her face) don't know

If you are wondering about the red mark on Kacy's face, she kinda walked and fell into the wall. Which after it happened Kacy came and told me "it hit me." Every time something touches Kacy "???? hit me."

Do you agree???

I think Kacy looks a lot like Josh. I think Kacy has his face when Josh was a little boy. When I see Kacy's face and hair I think that's her daddy's. Kacy was trying to watch Ariel, and not interested in pictures. My daughter after so long of not watching anything can almost sit through "The Little Mermaid." Also, every princess she sees is Ariel.
