Nap time

Kacy taking her nap today. My older two spent the day with Nana and Papa. My Dad wanted to get a fish tank and wanted the grand kids to help pick things out. Since all three of them spent Friday night at Papa and Nana's house, Kacy could not be with out her Mommy any longer. When I got their around 9:30 that morning, Kacy would not let me out of her sight in fear I was going to leave her. She did not have any problems getting in the car with Nana to leave Friday. I remember when my other two were like that, only being able to be with out me for very short periods. I guess they all grow up eventually. Well, anyways I thought she looked cute sleeping.

Extra long post

My boys have been wanting a turtle for a pet for a couple of years now. Today around noon we decided to take everyone for a walk to the park to play and we also walked around the pond. Well, on the walk I found a baby turtle and Josh wanted to bring it home to keep as a pet. We took it to the pet store to find out what kind of turtle it was and what it needed to stay alive. It is some kind of pond turtle (Josh could give you the exact name and type). The pet is famous to all of the kids, they all are always bugging me to watch the turtle.

Kacy is kissing the turtle. Her Daddy told her to kiss the turtle, not thinking the girl who loves animals would actually kiss the turtle.

This was Kacy at 8:45 am on Tuesday morning. Kirsten was on the other couch looking like she could pass out, but sad to say never did until around 1:30.

I was doing laundry and with all of the kiddos I watch, I do laundry in the living room. I had all of the clothes folded and was putting them a way. I always put the stuff that does not have to be folded back in the laundry basket to sort last. When I came back up the hall I found Kacy all dressed up in every one's underwear. She has Kirsten's panties on her head, my panties around her neck, bubba's underwear around her waist, one of daddy's sock and one of Bubba's sock on, and a bib for a cape. If only she grabbed a pair of daddy's underwear. Although, We do have to give Daddy a little credit, he helped her. Daddy said her saw her struggling with some of the items and thought he would give her a hand.

This is from Monday, all of my kids that I watch during the day enjoying the weather. Kacy is always taking Roscoe's food and putting it on the cement next to his bowl. She tells me she is feeding Roscoe. He does how ever, eats all the food up that Kacy puts on the cement.

Kirsten and her picking flowers. My mom showed Kirsten that if you blow really hard they will blow away. She picks the "flowers" and blows so hard her cheeks turn red.

Colton and Kayden jumping on the trampoline. I just love how Kayden was in the background just smiling, while her brother is jumping.

Heavenly and Kacy were the only ones awake and since it was so HOT. They got to sit outside and eat some ice cream.

Potty issues

Yes, we are having potty issues with Kacy. Her record potty training in less than a week, is having to retrain in going potty. She has been running a high fever since Wednesday and has not been going in the potty. She was just laying around and sleeping and going pee-pee in her panties. Kacy was also going more and so her doctor thinks she might of had a bladder infection. We should have results back by Wednesday. So please pray that Kacy's fever stays down and she gets to feeling better. Today she only got ibuprofen once this morning, and no fever all day. when I laid her down for bed she was starting to feel a little warm. Just to let you know I have no secrets to potty training, Kacy was really ready to be like her big sis. This picture is from Easter and Kacy is waiting for the "OK" to go get some eggs.

Doggie post

I have always wanted a dog that could catch a Frisbee. I am glad to say my dog loves to catch Frisbees. If I could throw one better, Roscoe would probably catch more. The first toy I bought Roscoe as a puppy was a Frisbee. This post does come a little late, because he could catch the Frisbee a couple of summers ago.

I would also like to add, that Roscoe and I went jogging after church. He did better than I thought he would. I usually just walk him. I thought he would be tripping me and wrapping the leash around me. The only thing he did was drag me, which just made me keep going (a good thing). We ran up and down my street three times, and if you know how out of shape I am that would be a good thing.

Who am I on Sesame?

Well, I took Christi's quiz, she has it on her blog and I thought I would post who I am in the Sesame Street world:)

You Are Bert

Extremely serious and a little eccentric, people find you lovable - even if you don't love them!

You are usually feeling: Logical - you rarely let your emotions rule you

You are famous for: Being smart, a total neat freak, and maybe just a little evil

How you life your life: With passion, even if your odd passions (like bottle caps and pigeons) are baffling to others

My lumber man

Well, Josh decided that he wanted an ax to cut the wood up instead of a saw. He said it sounded like fun. We had a lot of our tree down and he got it all chopped up and ready to haul off in one day. I did a little of wood chopping and let me tell you talk about a full body work out. I am aching every where today. we used to have a big, full tree back there. I am really going to miss that tree this summer, because that is where I would sit my chair under and be nice and cool during those hot summer days.
