Kacy's first day of school :(

Kacy started school and it was not as nicely went as my other kids. I was finally the mom to have the crying kid and having to bail out on the kid when the poor kid is not looking. Kacy was super excited about starting school and getting to use her new tinker backpack. She practically ran off ahead of us trying to get into her school. Then my mom said bye to Kacy, Kacy froze ran back and had to have Nana go into the school with her. This should of been our first hint of the crying. We show up in the class still super excited, the teacher says hi and Nana says bye. This is when Kacy realizes everybody is leaving me here in this place by herself. I tried to get a picture with the teacher and it just went down hill from there. When I picked her up the teacher said she had a rough time and Kacy had tears in her eyes and sucking her thumb. Which she usually only does when she is sleeping and she is not even always sucking her thumb then.

Still super excited about going to school and posing with Nana. Nana is proud to say she saw all her grandbabies off to school on the first day.

This is Kacy's teacher picture. She is staring at the teacher, and did not want the teacher to come anywhere near her. Yes, she did start crying after this picture. This was the lovely picture before the crying.

I got her interested in something before I left her. Don't worry Mom, I didn't leave the poor girl crying(or was this Dad's worry).

Another year of School :)

We started another year of school and Kirsten is sooo excited that she got to start school the same day as big brother and gets to go EVERY day. They both were not so sure of school, with a guy teacher and not having Mrs. Morgan, but after the first couple of day.... they both like it. Kirsten was super excited today she got to have a friend come home with her after school. Kacy does miss her sister and asks "where's my sister?" Other than that, we are off to a great start to school.

I know it is a little late, but here is some pics from their first day. Cameron asked us not to go into the school with him. So, I only have pictures outside of the school. I was not willing to let him go with out any pics. Kirsten how ever wanted to stop and take pictures everywhere.

F.O.R. cheer clinic

Kirsten had her first cheerleading clinic this past Saturday. She was supper excited about going and then when we got there things changed. They were not organized at all, didn't know which cheers they were teaching the girls, went through the cheers way to fast, and our one girl helping with my squad kept running off. I personally have never been to that unorganized cheer clinic and even Misty runs a way better cheer clinic for Upwards. I was told by some other parents that F.O.R. is very unorganized.

I think going through the cheers way too fast, acting like all the girls were experienced cheerleaders, and oh yeah Kirsten's extreme shyness made her not want to do it. When we got home Kirsten did the cheers for me and the jumps and kicks. Hopefully it will be like soccer takes a couple of times going and then she jumps in it and actually cheers with the squad. Even though she didn't cheer or hardly cheered. Kirsten sure did look cute for her clinic.

My baby's 10

Cameron has hit the two digit number and I feel really old. In three years he will be an official teenager. He is getting out of wanting a lot of toys and moving into the video games, CDs and movies. He got a stereo for his birthday, which he loves and keeps trying to turn up the volume on it. When we came and asked Cameron what kind of party he wanted, he told us "I just want to go to the movies with a friend." Before I asked him, I was talking to my mom about Cameron getting older and maybe not wanting actual birthday parties, thinking I was talking about the future not this year. So, we did have an older boy birthday. He went to the movies with Joshua and they came back for some hot dogs and some swimming. Josh and me took the family to Chuck-E-Cheese on his actual birthday.

Kacy fun

A couple of weeks ago, my parents kept the older kids for about a week solid. Kacy does not like spending the night or sometimes being left by mom at Nana's and Papa's house. So, I spent a week just about with just her. She loved it, we took a lot of silly pictures, I made pretty pictures with her.

This is my attempt to play catch up, before school starts and I really don't have time to post anything.
