This year was the first live tree Josh and me have got together. The kiddos loved going and getting the tree. I loved not having to fluff the tree.
Josh bringing in the Christmas tree.
The kids decorating the tree, which Cameron and Kirsten loooove to do. They decorated our tree all by themselves (with the exception of me doing the lights). They both think about which ornament should go where and what color or item it should be. They do a great job.
This is what Kacy thinks of decorating the tree
our finished tree thanks to the kiddos, Kacy helped out in her own unique way will post her helping progress later.

stitches
Kirsten fell off the trampoline today. She was trying to push the step ladder over and instead fell on top of it. We took her to the ER and got 5 stitches. She is brave, didn't cry at all, hardly. She only cried when the doctor wouldn't show her the needle. I told him she will do better if he would show her the needles. Kirsten did better after she saw the needles, she laid completely still and stopped crying.

Kirsten's 1st field trip
Kirsten went on her first field trip of the new school year. It was to the pumpkin patch. It was freezing cold that day. I thought it would be better to post late then never.

we ended the trip by getting to get a pumpkin

Halloween pics....late
I love enjoying my kids, and Kirsten was the only one really into taking pictures for me. Kacy was in a real need of a nap time. The only picture I have of her smiling was really blurred and I posted it anyways. Kirsten like last year was running up to every house and then quickly moving on. She knew what every extra house meant she was getting was more candy and she would not go to a house twice. Kacy lagged behind, lucky for me I made Josh go with us and I just let them walk the short pace of Kacy's legs. Cameron was ready to go back to Nana's house after the 5th or so house, but he still tried to keep up with Kirsten. We saw their cousins, uncles, grandparents and church family. All in all we had a great night.
If you are wondering why are you wearing your daughters crown... well I will tell you....Kirsten's crown kept slipping off her head as she was running from house to house. So, she asked me to hold her crown. I told her I didn't want to carry her crown. Kirsten told me I could be a princess for now and wear her crown.

Nana time
After the game on Saturday, Nana wanted to take Kirsten to go see "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs." She has taken just Cameron to go and see movie and thinks Kirsten is getting old enough for some Nana time. Which Kirsten wanted Cameron to go with them, just as long as mom and Kacy don't come. Anyway, when we got there Nana was still getting ready. Kirsten decides she needs some eye stuff for her eyes. Which Nana does this with Kirsten, she knew exactly what to look for and where it should go.
the two cutest cheerleaders of all time
Kirsten and Kaitlyn's teams played back to back on Saturday. Kirsten wanted to hang out after her game was over to watch Kaitlyn cheer.
In this first video, Kirsten just thought she was too cute getting through the cheer the fastest. She stands in the front row second from the right.
This one is for my mom who said I needed to get rid of Kacy's scraped knee.

Kacy Ray the big trampoline bully
Not really :)Kacy was not trying to kick or knee Devin. I just happened to catch her jumping and the angle makes it look that way. Devin was actually standing to the side of Kacy. Enjoy some pictures of my little Kacy RayRay. A week or so ago my mom had the two older kiddos and Kacy doesn't like spending the night. She always loves to stay at Nana's and Papa's house up until bedtime, then Kacy cries she needs her bed to sleep in at her mommies house. So, I took her to the park before we went home.

GO EAGLES
A group picture before our first game, before we were able to get our lettering on the uniforms. Sooo exited to actually cheer for the boys. One of the girls has a boyfriend that plays for the Eagles and she is just too cute and funny. She is always making my mom and me crack up laughing.
A picture with my little cheerleader before the game.
Doesn't she look cute.
These next two pictures are from the first game. These are from when Kirsten was still cheering. She was cheering and yelling at the boys, until we did the name cheer and in that cheer every girl gets out and does their thing by themselves. Kirsten froze up would not do her turn and we lost her for cheering. She wanted to sit beside me or Nana.
This is the girls favorite thing to do, we call it yelling at the boys. They get to turn around and yell at the boys. You know the kind of stuff to motivate them to do a good job....we want a touchdown....hold that line.....you know that sort of thing. Yeah, the first game did not do so well with the motivation. We kept yelling the wrong words and motivating the other team. The girls are doing alot better, it is not any boy running for a touchdown, it is our boys running for the touchdown.
this is my little cheerleader at her second game. We had a 3rd game tonight and she did much better. She cheered all the way through the game and even did her part during the name cheer, not very loud but I can't complain. She yells loud and gives some great spirit and jumps. Hopefully I can get a video of her one of these games cheering. It is really hard when you are the coach and your mom is helping. Which she does really great, she keeps us yelling the right words.

Kacy's first day of school :(
Kacy started school and it was not as nicely went as my other kids. I was finally the mom to have the crying kid and having to bail out on the kid when the poor kid is not looking. Kacy was super excited about starting school and getting to use her new tinker backpack. She practically ran off ahead of us trying to get into her school. Then my mom said bye to Kacy, Kacy froze ran back and had to have Nana go into the school with her. This should of been our first hint of the crying. We show up in the class still super excited, the teacher says hi and Nana says bye. This is when Kacy realizes everybody is leaving me here in this place by herself. I tried to get a picture with the teacher and it just went down hill from there. When I picked her up the teacher said she had a rough time and Kacy had tears in her eyes and sucking her thumb. Which she usually only does when she is sleeping and she is not even always sucking her thumb then.
Still super excited about going to school and posing with Nana. Nana is proud to say she saw all her grandbabies off to school on the first day.
This is Kacy's teacher picture. She is staring at the teacher, and did not want the teacher to come anywhere near her. Yes, she did start crying after this picture. This was the lovely picture before the crying.
I got her interested in something before I left her. Don't worry Mom, I didn't leave the poor girl crying(or was this Dad's worry).
YEAH!!! She survived!
