I hope everyone had a great fun filled and safe night. I know we did. Cameron was a ninja, Kirsten was snow white, and Kacy was a spider, costume from Kirsten. I met up with my brother and his family in Collinsville. His kiddos were the Grinch and the little girl who is in the movie, I forget the name. The placed in the contest that Collinsville had:)

Damage from the storm
This is a picture I wanted to post before church started, but did not get to it. Kacy and her doggie watching the first short powerful storm come through (which no damage was done). I think it is so cute since Roscoe is such a big dog, but yet is so easy with Kacy. Kacy just loves to put her arm over him and lean on him.
The damage to our tree in the back yard happened during the storm that came through while we were all at church. I knew it was going to fall, I got a gut feeling that afternoon that my tree in the back yard would fall. That tree was a why I wanted this house, it was so big and it makes such a great shade tree during those hot summer days. I just sit under it and let the kiddos play in the water or whatever.
This is how my tree looks now
This is my view from my back door (sliding glass door)
My tree might have fallen, but thank the LORD it did not hit my house, which me and Josh were afraid of. My neighborhood had five city trucks on my street alone picking up stuff. On our way home last night there was trees split and some completely fallen over, stuff thrown every where and mail boxes riped up.

Twins
Kirsten was supposed to be taking a nap, but she came out of her room with a baby on her back and one in the stroller. I thought she just looked so cute. I could not send her back to bed. So, I took some pictures of the cutie pie. I even got a picture with me and my baby, well one of them. Of course at first it was all smiles for the camera, then she tells me that's enough pictures of us, and she continues to walk her babies. One of the pictures I thought she looked like one of those stars trying to walk their kid and being annoyed by the paparazzi.

The Pumpkin Patch
Here are some of my pictures of the pumpkin patch. I am sure I will have more to post from a pumpkin patch after I take all three of my kiddos to the pumpkin patch.

color or no color??
So, just to let you know I love the pictures of the kiddos walking away from the camera and towards, as long as there is no smile (which Kirsten can do). Josh and I are having a debate about the first picture in black and white or color, my question is which looks better? I think I just prefer black and white and Josh is in favor of the color.

Lazy Afternoons
It is so nice to be able to take the kids outside and just enjoy them together as a family. Josh has been working so much, we don't get to do it all the time like we used to.

Park Fun
Well, since we missed Mom's Club on Thursday due to doctor appointments. I talked Josh into taking the girls and me to the park, not that I had to do a whole lot of talking into. They really like going places even as young as they are.

girls being silly
The girls are always taking all the sheets and blankets off of Kirsten's bed. Usually to jump on it, but this time they actually used the sheet to play with. They get in trouble for jumping on the bed, but today they did not get in trouble. I used to not care if they jumped on Kirsten's bed, it's old and will be getting replaced in the next year or two. Since, Heavenly leg problem now they get in trouble for it. I think Kirsten's bed is the only furniture or bed I let Kirsten jump on. When we got the trampoline she stopped, but since Heavenly can't jump Kirsten is back to finding something to jump on. They get Heavenly can't jump on the trampoline, but that it applies to everything is where they get confused.

Finally pictures of Cameron
Well, Cameron has been bugging me to let him go down by the water. On our walk back from his school there is a creek and he always wants to go down to the water. I thought it was a good chance to get him to take a picture, and it worked. In the second picture Cameron is telling me to be careful of the crocodiles.

more pictures
I am so excited because I guess all the pictures I have been taking of Kacy, Kirsten is finally asking me to take her picture. Once we are taking the picture she does get quickly uninterested. Cameron however is still burnt out. I tried to take some of him and he would not even smile. I think it is his age, and he just finished homework and wanted some free time. I was trying to practice my free hand trace and blurring. If you ever decide to give out some lessons, please count me in. This weekend or next weekend I am going to take Cameron out to get some pictures of him to post and my Mom said I could take some pictures of her.
Pink Nail Polish
Kirsten and kacy both woke up from their nap at the same time. I was on my way to use the restroom, I just let Kacy out of the crib and told Kirsten to go potty. So, I could go potty myself, thinking alright almost time to go get Cam. As I was coming up the hallway, Kirsten is not in the bathroom, the girls are not in their bedroom, and I smell a chemical smell or something real strong. As I enter the living room searching for the smell and the girls, Kirsten is on the couch with an open pink nail polish. Brand new, completely full she falls over and pours it all over herself. The things Kids do in just a minute. The nail polish is still in her hair, I tried to get it out, but not all of it came out. So, on Tuesday morning if Kirsten still has a little pink, now you know why.
